Tommasi WAC 110-300-0106(12): At the time of the site visit there was no verificaion of a current food handlers card for the following staff members: K. Tederman; B. McCarty; and J. Arenas. WAC 110-300-0106(8): At the time of the site visit the following staff members did not have annual safe sleep training: staff members K. Tedermen; B. McCarty; and J. Arenas.
